To be eligible for 100% refund or replacement, you MUST follow the video recording guidelines below.
Video Recording Guidelines
When you receive your parcel, please make a proper parcel opening video following these steps:

Show the Shipping LabelClearly show the shipping label on the parcel with your name and address visible.

Show your Tracking ID / Order IDDisplay the tracking number or order ID (e.g., ABCD1234) in the video.

Check ALL Products in a Single Uncut VideoOpen the parcel and check each product one by one. The video must be continuous and uncut from start to finish.

Show Any Damage or Issues ClearlyIf any product is damaged, defective, or wrong, show it clearly in the video.
Eligible for Refund/Replacement
- Proper unboxing video with all requirements met
- Wrong product delivered
- Damaged product on arrival
- Defective/non-working product
- Missing items from order
NOT Eligible for Refund
- No unboxing video provided
- Edited or cut video
- Video doesn't show shipping label/tracking
- Product damaged by customer after delivery
- Change of mind / No longer needed
